What I Do

About
With a career spanning over two decades, I am a New York–based design professional with a proven track record of creating successful products for the mass market. My journey has taken me from graphic design for costumes and seasonal decor to 15+ years as a senior product designer in the fashion accessories industry, collaborating closely with major retailers including Target, Walmart, Macy's, and Burlington on everything from trend analysis to factory-ready tech packs.
Alongside my commercial work, I have always painted. Fine art and pet portraiture are a natural counterpart to design; a space for personal expression, emotional depth, and the irreplaceable joy of capturing a beloved animal's spirit on canvas.

By accessing or using the services provided by Eileen M. Duff and Mauskio Designs ("Designer," "I," "me," or "my") through this website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use this Website.
The Designer offers illustration, graphic design, product design, portraiture and related creative services as described on this Website. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., a Design Contract). That agreement will take precedence over these Terms with respect to project scope, payment, deliverables, and intellectual property rights.
Upon full and final payment, the Client will receive the usage rights outlined in the project-specific agreement. The Designer retains the right to display completed work in her portfolio, social media, and for promotional purposes.
All concepts, drafts, sketches, and unused designs remain the exclusive property of the Designer.
This Website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Designer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Website or services. Direct liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you paid for the services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
